Kevin Bullard graduated from North Carolina State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He recieved his Juris Doctor Degree from Campbell University School of Law in Buies Creek, North Carolina in 1995. Kevin is a partner with the McGougan Law Firm where he has practiced a wide range of civil and crminal litigation since 1995. He is a member of the Advocates for Justice and an active member of the Nursing Home Section Litigation Group. He is admitted to practice in all North Carolina State Courts.

Kevin represents several municipalities including the Town of Tabor City, Town of Bruswick and Town of Cerro Gordo. In addition, other corporate clients include Car City of Whiteville and Calabash. Over the past several years, Kevin has obtained substantial settlements for the families of those who recieved injuries or died as a result of nursing home, adult care home and medical negligence.

T. Scott Sessions, a native of Columbus County, was born in Columbus County Hospital in Whiteville in 1965. He graduated from Hallsboro High School in 1983 and North Carolina State University in Raleigh in 1987, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor Of Science Degree in Agricultural Education. After teaching Vocational Agriculture at Sun Valley High School in Union County, North Carolina, Scott continued his education at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, graduating with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1991. He has been licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 1991.

Scott resides in Lake Waccamaw with his wife and three daughters, and is active in his community and church. He has served as Chair of the Lake Waccamaw Planning Board for several years and as Chair of the Administrative Council at Lake Waccamaw United Methodist Church, where he and his family are members. Scott has also served as President of both the Columbus County Bar and the 13th Judicial District Bar. He enjoys outdoor activities and is an avid sportsman.

Will M. Callihan Jr. graduated from North Carolina State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and Communication. He recieved his Juris Doctor Degree from Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia in 2004. Will completed an externship with the Columbus County District Attorney's Office while in law school during 2002. He began practicing with the McGougan Law Firm in 2005 and his practice areas include a wide range of civil and criminal litigation. He is a member of the Advocates for Justice and is admitted to practice in all North Carolina State Courts.

In addition to his other areas of practice, Will also represents the Whiteville City School Board of Education and the Town of Sandyfield Board. Over the past several years, Will has obtained numerous settlements for people injured in automobile and work-related accidents.
