Spanning over a 75 year history, The McGougan Law Firm has been serving the legal needs of its clients since its beginning in 1932. Firm Overview
Each of the lawyers at The McGougan Law Firm were born and raised in Columbus County. Kevin J. Bullard joined the Firm after graduation from Campbell Law School in May of 1995. T. Scott Sessions joined the Firm in July of 1999 after practicing several years with another local law firm. Will Callihan, Jr. joined the Firm in May of 2005 after graduation from Appalachian School of Law. We serve Columbus, Bladen, and Brunswick Counties and provide a wide range of legal services from minor traffic violations to serious injuries and wrongful death arising from automobile accidents, work accidents, medical malpractice and nursing home abuse and neglect.
